Ok, I'm back for now

The last year has been spent on backpedalling furiously from management roles to a creative one. And I'm back to hands on film-making. And it's been fun for the most part. I've just finished a film that took a little over six months to do. It's with Ashley Judd and it's on the AIDS crisis in India. This is one of the projects in my careet that I really loved working on. It's on a subject that I do know a bit about. Plus the channel is National Geographic - which is always a good thing, but this time was even better.

It was a co-prod with Population Services International and everyone worked together on this project. It finished on time and within the costs that we intended to spend. And the client is happy!

Another project has run into a bit of trouble, but I'm hoping things work out in the next few days. All in all, a reasonably happy place to be in.
